Amp'd Mobile is a unique cell/mobile phone service that utilizes more multi-media features with their phone service. Through their website
you can initiate the "push" of music, skateboard, surfing videos to your cell phone. They also feature better games and other services. Looking
on their site right now, you can purchase Street Fighter II (the video game) for your phone. Comparing this to other services where you can download
more basic games like video poker or chess, Amp'd Mobile seems to be the most entertaining.
Amp'd also tries to have more unconvential cell phone plans. The basic plan called "End the Boredom" gives you 1000 anytime minutes, free unlimited text
messaging and 3 months of FREE "Amp'd Overdose" entertainment. However a 18 month contract if required (note this was written 6/24/2007). The $99 forever
plan gives you unlimited calling and endless entertainment (45 entertainment channels, radio stations and television). They also have a pay as you go plan.
Their cheapest plan starts at $30 a month.
